Lightning Rod Bat

The Lightning Rod is a full length hitting stick that comes in 30 inch, 34 inch, and 35-1/2 inch lengths with a 1-1/4 inch diameter barrel.  These bats are used to work on bat speed and while also working on squaring up ball contact.  This trainer is great for speed drills, soft toss drills, and short distance batting practice using plastic whiffle balls, or foam golf balls.  Available in custom team colors.
